Chef Jean-Louis Cruau’s kitchen staff as well as the “pizzaioli” Mario and Angelo let you enjoy their terrific risottos and pizzas. Twice the chef has won the "Ticino Risotto Championships" in Locarno. Mario and Angelo have been cooking since they were very young.
